Hi new to the 3CX platform. I've set-up the basic PBX and three extensions
I can call from one extension to another but only once. I've found that by switching the 3CX phone to 'CTI' mode and then back to 'Phone' it once again works. I'm I missing a simple setting, can I disable the CTI function altogether (I don't need this for now)
