    Good morning,

I have been using 3cx version 10 for roughly 4 years now on an old windows 2003 server. My current VoIP provider is BT and I must say it did take some serious bodging and playing around with to get working in the first place but for the last 4 years it hasn't missed a beat.

The plan now is to start a complete overhaul and upgrade to a new server and install the latest version of 3cx.
Unfortunately the only problem i have is that BT's VoIP services are starting to become unreliable and as they are planning on farming it out to a 3rd party things are only going to get worse so I am currently looking for suggestions for UK VoIP/SIP providers that work well with 3cx?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks in advance

    Simon

We use Voipfone. No complaints at all, though we are only a company of ~25.

    Hello @simonhc

Any of the supported providers shown in the screenshot below work well with 3CX and have a ready to use template based on the interopt test we performed.

Thanks again for all of the recommendations.
I have just contacted Voipfone and discovered that they only offer a "pay as you go" option which unfortunately wont work for my business. Does anybody use a UK based company that offers a monthly contract service?

    Thanks in advance

    Simon

Currently we use Gamma and while we had to bodge a workaround in version 12, since v14 it has been working like a champ!

I have signed up with OrbTalk now and from what I have experienced so far I can highly recommend them.

Thanks again for all of your advice
