    Would it be possible for you to develop the call report:

    "Graph Queue of Answered / Unanswered Calls"


    So that we can view the data on an hour-by-hour basis, over a period of days, weeks or even a month? At present you can only select 1 day which is not very helpful to us, as we would like to view how busy one of our queues is throughout the day over a monthly period.
