Better Transferring Options

    Thinking through the customer experience, I think something like this would be very helpful:

    Possibility #1: After hitting TRANSFER, there is an option for "Blind, Attended, to VM" -- then they can either enter EXT or directory to find the contact.

    Possibility #2:

    1. Reception does attended transfer, but person doesn't want the call.
    2. Reception can hit a button that auto transfers back to that persons voicemail.
