Big Problem after update from 15.5.1136.6 to 15.5.3849.1

    We have Debian server with 3cx. After update there is no audio in external calls (inbound and outbound). Phones are ringing, we can make calls but we cant hear anything after answer. In Windows clients is the same. Internal calls are ok, no problem.

    Have You any ideas where to look?

    Hello,

    How did you install Debian? - From our ISO, installed on the cloud?

    Cant remember... But it is Debian you recommend and it is VM on our HyperV server.

    :~$ cat /etc/debian_version
    8.6

    It was installed from ISO but where I get it... I think from Debian site, 3CX was installed later. Debian was clear and it is only for 3CX.

    Have You got ISO with preinstalled 3CX? Or maybe VHD with ready to go PBX?

    It was definetly update problem. Restoring yestardays backup of entire VM resolve problem - it is working now with version 15.5.1136.6.

    No support, thank You. :* Do not want this "final" version.

    Hello @haldop,

    The majority of our customers use the 15.5.3819.1, having no problems when upgrading from an older version. I would reccomend you to use the latest version of PBX for various reasons, so please do upgrade to the latest one, and we will gladly assist you if any problem occurs.

    After you upgrade, if the same problem occurs, do the firewall check and let us know of the result. Also, so far have you been using the reccomended ports for PBX(especially RTP ports)?
