Could someone point me in the right direction?

As I understand, you can have the call log record additional information (aka Billing codes) if you dial
    "targetnumber**myinfo". Is that correct?

From what I have read, anything after ** is stripped from the dialing.... Correct?

If that is correct then how do you configure the Outbound Rules? The system log says it can't find a matching outbound rule.

Also if I try "extension**myinfo" the calls goes though (not outbound) but the "myinfo" is no where to be found.....

But your outbound calls do work, if you leave off the **billingcode ?

Have a look at this thread, particularly Nicky's post.

It seems you will have to modify your outbound rules to accommodate the length of the numbers including the ** and billing code.
