At the current billing system, the default billing is $1 for a minute, and billed by second. For example, 1'17" bills $1.28, and 0'16" bills $0.27. Most phone companies charge by minute, so these usages should be billed as 1'17" to $2, and 0'16" to $1. Where can I change the billing pattern?

Although I have not tried it, look in the advanced settings, custom parameters and look for the variable called "billingfrequesncy" and "billingroundup". The descriptors indicate the possibility of what you want. You may need to try one, the other or both and restart the system to get what you want. Please post back with the results of your efforts so that others who may wish to do as you have, can do so without all the testing.

I set both BILLFREQUENCY and BILLINGROUNDUP to "1". That solved my problem. Thanks.
