    At what time, or is there a way to track calls so we can bill users. This issue I am having is that this is deployed in a place where we want to pull up usage by extension every day, and then bill the minutes used.

    There is a reporting feature but it's not automatic. You can gets all sorts of info for every extension - # of calls, minutes of use, etc.
