BLF no longer showing status after 15.5 upgrade

    Hi there,

    I have 2 x Yealink T46G units with the Extension module on the side. I have the keys mapped as BLF and since the upgrade to 15.5, they have not shown the phone status. Only showing an icon with a silhouette of a person, with an x through it.

    Has anybody else come across this issue?

    - Firmware is the supported version and the provisioning file is unmodified from the 3CX standard.
    - The keys were working as expected before the update.
    - I have re provisioned the phones.
    - I have restarted the server.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Log into the GUI of each phone and go to the DSSKey tab, click confirm at the bottom.

    Does that make the BLF keys function properly?

    Hello @iso_nz
    Please make that you are using the latest templates for V15.5.
    Navigate to the updates section of the management console and make sure no templates are pending for these phones.
    If there are then download them, restart the management console service and re-provision the phones
    Also your PBX could have reverted to free for some reason, navigate to settings / licence tab and click on Edit and then ok.
