    Hi all,

After enabling a custom speed dial on one of the BLF settings of our Polycom IP560 (namely BLF Setting 3), our phones lockup every single night and we have to power-cycle them when we come in for the day. When we revert our changes, the phones experience no issues at all. I found an older thread complaining about this but it was locked without a resolution so here I am, wondering if people are still having this problem and if there is a resolution for it yet.

    Running v15.5 .. Polycom Firmware 4

    Thank you.
    henry

Kindly be advised that it is strongly recommended not to purposely buy Legacy devices (such as Polycom 560) new or as a replacement. Legacy phone devices have a limited feature set and can only be supported up to a certain point by the 3CX Support Team - you may well need to contact vendor support directly for some matters.

    Limitations
Note that these phones can not be used from a remote location or in combination with a 3CX in the cloud.
    Known limitations of Polycom 321, 331, 335, 450, 550, 560, 650 & 670 are:
    1. No PnP Support
    2. No STUN Support
    3. No SBC Support
    4. No Full CTI Support (Make Call Only)
    5. BLF Functionality (on applicable models)
    • No Extension Monitoring
    • No Shared Parking Orbit
    • No Speed Dial
    1. Manual DST Support
    2. No Distinctive Ringing for external, queues or ivrs
