Blind Transfer Ringtone

    Hi,

    We have a client who would like to change the Blind Transfer Ringtone. Can this be found in the provisioning template? If So, where?

    The transfer ring tone is the same as the on hold music under the general settings...

    OK looks like I have a clarification from the client. It's a very simple set up. There are roughly 7 users in one ring group. When a call comes in, they all ring at the same time with the Ring1.wav on Yealink T38gs. I now have it set (per client's request) so if no one in the ring group answers, it goes back to him only, BUT, he wants that secondary ring tone to be different (different than Ring1.wav). Is there a setting for this?

    Sounds like you want distinctive ring based on the workgroup or ring group. You need to dive into the phone's template to do this. It is possible to select another ring.
