Block outgoing calls

    Hi

    If it possible to block outgoing calls after 9pm until 7am? We are trying to work out if our cleaner is calling premium rate numbers when no one is in the office. The cleaner comes in between 9pm and 7am.

    I would need switch the phone server off but people need to hear the out of hours telephone number should they need us.

    Any help would be great.

    In the outbound rules, I would either block premium rate numbers from all extensions that do not call them, or create an access code (4 or 5 digits) that would be required at the start of any such number. This way only employees that need to know, can dial this type of call. he number could be changed on a regular basis if required. Short of that there are no outbound rules that change based on time of day. You could put in a suggestion for that feature.

    Hi,
    please go on Management Console>>Settings>> General >> Global Options tab>> System Wide Options ans tick the Automatically disable Outbound calls on all Ports outside Office Hours. Keep in mind that for this option to be enabled Office Hours need to be scheduled. Also you may enable this feature per extension. Go on Management Console >> Extension Status>> edit extension>> Office Hours Scheduling>>Automatic Extension Scheduling and tick the "Block Outbound calls outside of Office Hours.
