we've been setting up a system and part of the process we want to setup the initial greetings for users in voicemail.

we've had one employee connect to VM from her extension and record the greetings, but now the system has blocked her access. I can't find anywhere anything about this....

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    :O

Need a bit more information...When you say "blocked", do you mean they dial the VM access number from their extension and can't get through, or, they can, but can't access the menu system? Just one extension? Did you compare the extension options in 3Cx with others that work? Do they all use the same types of sets? Are these local or remote extensions? Did it ever work for this one extension?

The 3CX log, looked at just after a call, may show something.

They get a (verbal) message saying access denied... from the VM system...

    Could it be PIN related?
