blocked from voice mail

    I have a user reporting that he is blocked from his voice mail after too many unsuccessful attempts (using wrong PIN). He says he remembers his correct PIN now.

    Is there a way to reset his voice mail to allow him access? Or does it reset automatically after a period of time? How long?

    To be honest, this is the first time I have run across this scenario. You might go into his extension and change the PIN to something else and apply. See if you can then access and if so, change it back to what it was and then you can try. If you can get the greeting, then there should be no reason that he can't.

    Just go to the 3cx management console and you can change the PIN by double clicking on the extension, manually change the PIN click apply and your good to go.
