Blocking Page Calls to 3CX Mobile Client

    I have a customer that utilizes the multicast paging on a hosted PBX. They need to be able to utilize the page over intercom feature but many of them use the 3CX mobile client as well.

    When they use the paging the desk-phones work as intended but the issue is that it places a ring group call to the users on the mobile application. Is there a way to block page group calls from sending out the push notifications so the mobile clients do not receive the page calls?

    PBX is on v15.5.6354.2 and the mobile clients are on the latest version.

    Hello @mfish

    Please note that the member of the paging group is the extension which included both the client and the IP phone. So when an invite is sent to the extension both will receive the invite. Probably the client won't have time to ring as the IP phone will answer immediately but the client will wake up as the Push notification will be sent.
    You submit this as a feature request on our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
