Bluetooth headset issue on Mac

    Hi there,

    I am running the latest Mac version of 3CX and have a Plantronics Bluetooth headset.

    My headset works absolutely fine until I make a call or receive a call at which point my headset mic input volume is set to 0 in the Mac system settings.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to prevent this automated muting?
