Bria SIP software on Iphone and 3CX PBX - disconnect calls

Hi,

we have a problem with Bria SIP software on Iphone, when we are making outgoing call after about 30 seconds call is disconnected, in Wireshark we see that our 3CX PBX send BYE SIP messages to both side. When there is incoming call for Bria there is no disconnect calls, issue is only with outgoing call.

Are you using "stun" on the 3CX Server.

Does the location of the 3CX server have a fixed IP address for its internet connection.

we dont use stun ,our 3CX PBX is on fixed public IP address.

It may be that 3CX is sending the wrong IP to the soft phone and therefore not getting a response. Check these settings are all OK.

Allow Calls to External SIP Ticked

Local Sip Domain set to your Your Public IP

Settings Advanced Custom Parameters

DEFAULTLOCALIP - Your Local IP

MSEXTERNALADDRESS - Your Public IP

CMEXTERNALADDRESS - Your Public IP

I have found its possible to get calls to work with the wrong settings in 3CX as a NAT router has changed some of these setting in the out going message. Also I remember reading some where on the forum of problems when changing from Stun to Fixed IP and back with entries in the Custom Parameters not being updated correctly.

Once you are happy with these settings restart 3CX and try it again to see is the "ACK is not received" is gone.

i had same issue with my router, i turn on sip helper and after that calls form outside via NAT working without any problems..
