Bria, Sipgate and 3CX External Call Issues

Hi,
Not sure if any one can help. I'm having a few issues connecting to calls external.

I can recieve calls fine to my Bria softphone. But when I try to make an external call to my mobile phone or landline, i get the error message "The user is temporary unavailiable(404)"

If anyone has got this working fine, please can you tell me the settings for the softphone.
I think i'm entering or selectiong the wrong options.

Hi Guys, Finally figured it out, My bad..

I had to setup the outbound rule up to put a digit in eg. 9 in front of external numbers i wanted to dial.

Least now if anyone else has same issue with the bria software should help them out slightly.
