BRIA transfer to voicemail

    Hi,

    I use Bria for outlook on my pc.
    no problems to answer or call or connect to my voicemailbox.
    The problem is just if i want to transfer an incoming call to the voicemail system, then the caller is asked to enter an extension id and password.
    If i use 3cx voip phone then it works.
    looking at the log i can't really see the difference :

    The oldest incoming is transfered without any problem.
    The last one is reaching a message "please enter your extension id"

    my question is hard or stupid ?
    anyway i couldn't see this parameter in the setup documentation for x-lite or bria....

    To transfer to your voicemail in Bria you need to use 3CX dialcode *4. I.E. if your Extension is 200, you should call to *4200 to leave a message "for yourself". See the picture.

    Note, that *4 dialcode is disabled in free version. Though, to check your voicemails, better call to '999', it's free version feature

    Hi,

    I have a 3cx phone system with a license.
    I tried your setting *41277 (as my phone id is 1277 in my system) and it doesn't work both from Bria for outlook or X-lite
