Bridged Presence not working V15?

    Hi Guys,

    Upgraded our main 3CX system and one of our branch offices to V15.

    Main system is 3CX Pro, branch is 3CX Standard.

    I've successfully set up the bridge and its connected, calls flowing between them quite well with no audio delays etc.

    However i cannot get the presence info working.

    Ive got the branch office set up to publish and main office to receive with the correct extension groups selected.

    At the main office the "Remote MyPhone Server Hostname or IP" is set up with the static WAN IP of the branch office, i tried putting in the FQDN but that did nothing either.

    Is this functionality broken or just not working?

    Hello shanus6,

    when creating bridges, on the main system (master) Bridge >> Presence >> Receive information (Remote MyPhone Server Hostname or IP) make sure and with IP address also include port number of the remote end e.g 192.168.10.10:5001

    Pay attention here you need to specify remote public IP/FQDN and HTTPS Port.
