Solved "Browser offline" - can't change outgoing messages

    My IT support company says everything should be talking to the internet, but when I navigate to the webpage to try and change extension recordings I see "Browser offline" window.

    I haven't been able to change any outgoing message - what am I missing?

    What browser are you using? Sounds like a setting that needs to be toggled.
