We are using the "/webclient/#/call" interface for our Salesforce users to make calls via click to call in Salesforce. It works great, but unfortunately, it seems that because 3CX treats these as "internal calls", they don't get recorded for users who have the "Record External Calls" option enabled for their extension. It seems the only work-around is to enable the "Record all Calls" option.
Is this the best place to file a bug report? If not, where?
