Bug: Extension stuck as "Ringing" - 3CX v5.1.4076

    OK, i'm guessing at the version number in the subject title because the Versions/Update page no longer tells me the version (minor bug-ette?)

    However, when starting from a basic configured & fully working 3CX system with 2 Sipgate lines, 5 extensions, and Snom handsets, I get the following problem:

    - Dial into the 3CX system
    - Pick up the call with a Snom handset in a call hunt-group
    - Transfer the call to another Snom handset in the group
    - Replace the receiver on the handset
    - Call status on the extension gets stuck as Status:Ringing
    - Can subsequently dial to and from the affected extension with no issues, but status doesn't get reset

    I'm about to upgrade to the version out today (since I've only just noticed it), but needed to get this tested and down on paper before I did so.

    HI Michael

    Thanks for your post.

    In the login page of the 3CX Web Interface you should have the Version and build number. The latest is V5.1.4128 .

    Can you please ensure you are running the latest version and advise.

    It would be best to ensure that your phones are also running the latest firmware.

    Does the issue only occur with Snom or does it happen with 3CX Phone also, for example?

    Hi Stepan,

    This was when trying to transfer an inbound call to another extension when picking it up from a hunt-group.

    Please describe scenario of call. The description is not clear for me, sorry :(

    Did you try to "pick up" the "group call" from the one of the ringing extensions?
