    Hi,

    I think that the fact that you can only set an extensions office hours after you enable auto switch on the forwarding rules tab should be considered as a a bug.

    There are reasons for wanting to set an extensions office hours independently of enabling auto switch feature.

    In 3CX v14 and earlier versions you could set an extensions office hours independently of the auto switch feature.

    Can you please consider moving the office hours button for an extension to the general tab from the auto switch section of the forwarding rules tab.

    It's very frustrating to have to enable auto switch setting to be able to access the extensions office hours settings and then having to disable the auto switch setting after you've configured the extensions office hours.

    but without the usage of toggling the whole setup of adding times will do in the end nothing. Would you explain your business case why this would be helpful for you to set up but not using it?

    Hi,

    The extension's office hours have always been used to control the way calls are handled in and out of hours just like the office hours on a DID.

    The office hours come into play when you use the forwarding to forward calls to you mobile and you select the option to send calls to voice mail outside of office hours.
