Bug Report: Attended Transfer to VoIP Client (4132) Fails

    Has any noticed this or found a solution to this problem?

    When transferring a call (any call), to the VoIP Client via attended transfer, the call fails. If I initiate the transfer, I can successfully talk to the destination, however when I attempt to transfer my on-hold caller to them, it fails. The caller remains on hold and they are never joined.

    If I were to perform the same attended transfer to a desk phone, the transfer succeeds. Also, blind transfers are working correctly for both desk phones and 3CX VoIP Client.

    Any advice?

    Hi Darrell

    We are having the same issue even after upgrading both clients and system to the latest versions. Did you ever get a fix for this?

    I don't believe we have this problem any more. We've upgraded three or four times since my original post.
