Bug Report - Time zone change

    Version: 14 SP3

    I just installed 3CX on a server and restored from a backup. The time zone was PST at the time, and I switched it to EST. Everything worked fine, except one thing. When I tried running a report with “Email Now”, it delayed it by 3 hours. After I rebooted the server (I’m assuming I could have reset the services), the reports then emailed instantly.

    I hope this was a good place to submit a bug. I did a quick google for bug reporting.

    I find it very possible that this may have had something to do with the time change of the server, but have never run into this myself under normal operation. Assuming this is not very common, see if it happens again without the time being set back and forward.

    Also you can see potential SMTP errors if you set the Logging Level to Verbose in file C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\CallHistoryService.log
