Build 3790 Authentication Failed

    Hi,

    After a restart from our 3CX all password seems lost, is this a know bug? Or ...

    We must then reset all passwords for a extensions and after that they can register again.

    [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: REGISTER voip.xxxxx.xx tid=4EA7B56FC1DB968F cseq=REGISTER contact=32052@xx.xx.xxx.160:5060 / 7 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

    Thanks for your post.

    Have you performed a restore or similar? If so was the restore of a backup or a restore of the support info?

    If you restored support info then passwords would not be in there.

    There is currently no known issue of passwords being lost at this stage. If you could give us more info on what triggered the issue we can look into.
