Busy sound feedback by system, when Busy

    Hello,

    Simple and usefull feature:
    When I'am calling from my extension (A) to external number (B) and I got system answer:
    1. When B side is already talking with someone else: Call failed, Busy
    2. When B side do not answer the call in x seconds: Call failed, Busy

    ... after that PBX system could give feedback for the caller (A) about that trying with simple "beep beep beep" sound.

    If you are referring to the recording that you receive from 3CX, when reaching a busy external call (on a SIP trunk), rather than a busy tone, this can be changed in the PBX options. Under Custom parameters...Busyprompt change to 0 will give a busy signal rather than the message.
