    Hi,

We have been running 3CX v10 SP6 for a while now without issue. Last week some of the users started complaining that when they answer inbound calls, from any of the trunk providers, the screen on the phone says connected but the call doesn't answer and starts ringing the next phone in the sequence. The issue only appears to be one group of users using Linksys SPA94x phones, we have a selection of other phones that are all working fine.

I've had a look through the logs and cannot find any reason for this starting to happen, changed the inbound routing from group to queue without any luck - has anyone got any ideas?

    Setup:
    Windows 2008 R2
    3CX v10 SP6

Mixture of Snom, Yealink and Linksys phones

    Thanks

It sound like the "answer" message is not getting back to 3CX. Given that ,(I'm assuming) this is "limited" to one type of sets, I would look at the set firmware/updates?/provisioning issues.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately they are all on the latest firmware for the set and as they are no longer produced I don't think new firmware will become available. I will try reprovisioning them to see if that makes a difference.
