Call Assistant integration with ACT

    Hi,

    I have many clients that are looking to integrate 3CX Call Assistant with ACT. It seems 3CX themselves are not particularly interested in providing this and I personally do not have the programming expertise to do this myself so I'm looking to find someone able to do this or at least partner with me for the project with perhaps a view to selling this as a low cost 3rd party addon.

    I certainly have 100+ clients that want to use this.

    3CX includes a TAPI driver. ACT can use this TAPI driver for outbound calls. Act does not support TAPI for inbound calls but but outbound calls can be triggered from Act without any issues.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I do know of two other packages that work with ACT for both inbound and outbound calling. If they do not use the TAPI how do they work?

    Dear Jonathan,

    we us the 3cx TAPI Driver with a little German Software called TIPTAP2:

    It's working very good & pretty fast, even when ACT is closed.
