Call Assistant Line Names

    Would it be possible to allow for the customization of the fields in the call assistant?

    A normal user looking at the Line Status would have no way of knowing what Line 10000 is vs Line 10005.

    It would be great if we could label the lines, or even use the DID.

    the number that appears under lines in CA is actually the identification column if you go to "manage lines" OR if you go inside a line it is equivalent to the external number. SO if you have a PSTN gateway connected to PSTN line for example with number 22444555, then you should configure that line with external number 22444555 instead of its virtual number eg 10000. THEN and only then under line status in call assistant would you see that line 10000 which represents external number 22444555 being displayed in CA as 22444555.
