Call Assistant question

    I'm using a licensed version of 3CX. I can't transfer a call to VM from it. I can transfer to another extension but not to VM. Option is not clickable... Is this not ready yet, not configured properly or is there something wrong with my license?

    I'm not sure how it is unlocked when you purchase a version. Did you install the call assistant before you licensed you server? You might have redownload it and reinstall it using the licensed version.

    Thanks for the idea. Tried it but still had the same feature set. No VM transfer.
    Unless I'm doing something wrong.

    Please post if you find out anything. I hope to have a licensed version soon. The features of call assistant will be handy.
