Call By Name

    I'm having an issue with the Call by name option in the digital receptionist. When a caller dials a name they get the same error every time? "Extension not found" Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so what was the resolution if any? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    The user MUST record an identification message in the voicemail settings before the call by name feature works.
