Call Center Edition - Whisper

    I love the new feature in the call center edition which allows you to listen and whisper. However, it would be great to have that feature turned on for all calls, not just queue calls. I would like to have the same functionality when my agents call outbound to speak with potential clients. In this case you would probably want to have the ability to turn that feature on a per extension basis.

    Thoughts?

    you can, so longs you are part of the management group or / Administrator Group, you can use the Whisper feature on any extension.

    You can also give all users the feature if required by selecting the correct option.
