call center module - clearly identify incoming calls

    Looking at answering calls for other companies in their name. So staff need to be able to identify the company that the incoming call is for. Each company will be given a dedicated incoming line so the DID will be distinct but I want this to be displayed clearly to the agent in some way. Is this possible?

    Try implementing ring group and name it for each company (DID).
    Members of each group may be the same, but you will see the incoming call for which company is.

    yep, have a ring group or queue setup with some recognizable name for the other company. when a call comes in, it will show as company:xxxxxxxx or xxxxxxx:company depending on the settings in the 3cx. its an easy way to see what number someone called.
