Hi everyone, I would like to get the communities' feeling on the call center module. We are looking to start a 40 seater call center but we don't want to fork out a lot of cash for the cisco / avaya type solutions. My question is: Are there any companies out there using the 3CX PABX on a large scale 100+ seater call center that handles inbound and outbound calls? Is there something like a predictive dialer on 3CX? How can we ensure that we have little to no downtime - can we have dual servers running or what is the best solution here. Our business cannot afford the call center to be offline, thus we need something that will be stable and run smoothly. Any feedback would be appreciated.
