Call Center Statistics Report is Blank

    Hi all,

    Everything was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. We open localhost:portnumber/Reports just fine. Reports under Call Statistics Report and Advanced Call Reports are working fine, but all reports under Call Center Statistics Report are blank for the past two weeks (earlier ranges like from November are showing data). We did the basic already, restarted the server, version is updated, all services are started, no event logs (checked event viewer and also 3cx event logs), server has enough disk space, and everything is being run under an administrator account. Any help will be appreciated?

    3CX Windows Version - v12.0.36097.670 SP.6
    Windows 2008 R2 Std SP1 (Virtual Machine running on Hyper-V)
    64-bit OS - 4GB RAM - 68GB free of 130GB disk space
    OS Fully updated
