Call Center user manual

    I only found 2 pages in the System Manual touch some function in Queue Section. any one have idea where I can found a more detail Call-center user guide or manual that with details about how to setup and config the Call-center functions, since the Call-center function in 3CX is totaly different the PBX I have work with like NEC, Harris, Fujisu etc.

    Thanks for any help.

    3CX are notoriously poor in creating documentation for new features and this often leads to having to head to the forum for answers (as you have) or raise an unnecessary support request.

    Please vote this request up on the wishlist and it might make a difference
