Call Centre Wallboard stats period and stuck calls.

    The wall board seems to continue to count stats until queue stats are manually reset. Is this the intended behavior?

    Is there any way to have the stats automatically reset on a daily basis?

    I am also seeing some calls under "Calls serviced now" that never go away. ie No operators on the phone and "Calls serviced now" = 2

    Is anyone else using the Wallboard having these problems?

    Did you update 3CX Phonesystem to SP5?

    Regarding SP5, yes uninstalled and reinstalled to SP4, same again for SP5..

    As for resetting stats, I will add to ideascale but I cannot see why anyone would prefer the current.
