Call Channels with CallCentric

    We have been using 3CX for a couple years now and just started using VOIP instead of PSTN lines. I have signed up for a CallCentric account and have it setup working in 3CX. The CallCentric plan has 3 inbound channels which we want all to ring to the auto attendant. The calls come in on the same number.

    What is happening is that when someone calls our number and we are on the phone with them the next person that tries to call does not go to the Auto Attendant. Instead, the person on the first call hears a call waiting beep on the phone.

    What we want are all 3 channels to go to the auto attendant so that someone else in the office has the ability to answer the call. Thanks for any advice or advanced settings that need to be changed.

    Make sure you allow multiple calls in the callcentric portal and set the max simultaneous calls on your 3CX Edit Voip Provider page to 3.
