call connection cost

    Hi,

    Our provider has a fixed base call connection cost, and then adds the fee per minute on top. However, I don't seem to find where I can add the connection cost, just the fee per minute. Is this not possible, or am I missing something?

    Unfortunately at current moment this option is not available. You may also post this in our feature request page: http://www.3cx.com/forums/3cx-ideas-f57.html and if it gets enough votes and is technically possible it may very well get implemented.

    In the industry an upfront charge like this is refereed to as a flag fall cost.

    The cost table complexity is normally only handled with 3rd party systems.
