Call Control API - add extension to Call Queue?

    We cannot see a way to add an extension to a queue? Some of our call teams are in lots of queues (more than 45 queues) so it would be great to automate adding them to queues. I can write everything else but I cannot see a way to call the API to add extension X into Call Queue Y ?
