    I have 3 question regarding Call Control API and how can I retrieve following information using Call Control API :

    1) I want to retrieve agent status in queue i.e Logged in or Logged out
    2) Agent or user status when set Away, DND, Lunch, bussiness trip .
    3) how can I retrieve from information or differentiate whether whether specific extension is User or Agent of any queue.
