Call Costs

    For the life of me, I can not find where to set up call costs. I just ran a report for today and it said I was at $40 for calls today. Yet all calls are on a trunk that has 4000 minutes included and we have not hit that mark yet.

    From the main 3Cx interface top menu, drop the view menu down and its the bottom one, Billing Information

    I guess I won't be using that...
    I have no way to tell it that I have a x minute credit before being billed - and when to reset billiung date.
    Maybe helpful for a hotel to charge guests...

    Kind of an extra step but you could save the report then import it into an excel spreadsheet and set up a formula to calculate it for you.
