Call Disconnect problem

    Hi,

    After installing the new V6 we're experiencing a call disconnect issue.
    The active call status shows one extension has an internal call without an 'To'.

    Disconnect button shows the following message: PBX does not accept your request or you don't have a license

    We have a commercial license installed.

    Any idea how to solve this issue?
