Call Disconnection - UniData WPU7800 Handsets

    Hi All

    I'm aware that the UniData WPU7800 Handset is unsupported by 3CX - however I hope someone can help!

    A customer has bought a number of these handsets - and they generally work very well - however, I've started to have users complaining about disconnection problems when they are in the middle of calls. Essentially - they can be on a call for a few minutes - and then the call is simply disconnected.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction to establish whether this is the phone disconnecting - or 3CX causing the disconnect?
