    I just want some clarification here to ensure I'm not missing something. Is it possible to run a call report showing hour by hour call volume on a longer time span than a single day? Choosing day-by-day or month-by-month results in only showing total volume for the whole time period, you lose the hour by hour granularity..

    Hello @jbryant84

    I'm afraid that at the moment there is not that option available. Hourly time scale is generated for a 1 day period. You can schedule the report to be generated daily though.
