Call Diversion

    How do you enable Diversion header for call diversion?

    Om the 3CX blog I got this answer:

    But I can't find this setting anywhere in the extension settings?

    Wouldn't it be better to have this setting under VoIP Providers - Outbound Parameters?

    First create a DID/inbound rule and point it to an extension example 100.


    Then go to the Forwarding rules section , Away and out of office profile and there you have an option - An external number using the 302 diversion header.

    Calls from that inbound rule hitting that extension directly WHEN the extension is set to AWAY or Out of office only, will use the 302 diversion header and will be bounced back to the telco
