call drops after 15 mins

    I just upgraded to V10. had no problems before. and now after 15:31 the calls drops. it happened 3 mins today.

    Can you provide:

    What type of handset you are using
    Are you using a PSTN gateway or VOIP provider and which one
    Set your logging to verbose and post that as well showing the the call failing, removing any external IP addresses and phone numbers

    There are not any reports of this type of error during the testing of V10. So the log could reveal the cause of your issue?

    Hello,
    I'm having almost the same issue. After 15:30 minutes into the call the audio disappears. The call is not terminated, but no side hears the other. The logs continue to show that call is active.
    I'm using 3CX V9 SP5a on a VOIP provider (Israeli 073 NetVision). I've set:
    Supports Re-Invite: true
    Supports 'Replace': false
    PBX Delivers Audio: false
    Do not require registration

    Does this problem occur recently?
    Is in 3CX STUN enabled?

    Default VoIP provider settings are:
    Supports Re-Invite: false
    Supports 'Replace': false
    PBX Delivers Audio: true
    Require registration for: In and Outgoing Call

    next time i have a call that's that long i will get the logs.

    Try enabling Keep Alives
    >> Settings > General Settings > Global Options (Enable Keep Alives)

    test and confirm if this helps?
