Does any on have a solution to Call drops immediately after transfer. The big picture is that i use the Digital Receptionist / Auto attendant to farward calls to an extension. That extension is configured to forward to my cell if it is unregistered. It workes okay however as soon as the call is transfered to my cell phone and i pick it the call drops within like 2 secs.

I guess it has to do with blind or monitor transfer. Can someone help ?

Calls from ring group to extensions ARE NOT forwarded on ANY CONDITIONS!

I suppose we need to state it somewhere on the first page of user's manual with capital letters...

Thanks Archie for the info. However i did not see it in the manual...... Is it something you guys are considering adding in future ?

Now the issue remains even when an outside caller calls the 3CX PBX Digital Receptionist / Auto attendant which forward calls to an internal extension and the call dropps immediately after the transfer. What is your view on this ? Please see logs below.

Try to untick "support re-invite's" for your provider.

    Hi Archi,

I did untick "support re-invite's" for provider. Not did it only solve the call from Cell phone via 3CX PBX Digital Receptionist / Auto attendant to an internal extension. It also resolves my inertial problem.

Now A PSTN phone can call my 3CX PBX Digital Receptionist / Auto attendant which forward calls to an internal "unregistered" extension which then forwards it out to a cell phone(PSTN) and the connection established with out dropping off like before.
